I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 58 of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989,

do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Additional
Employees and Employers), to take effect on and from the date of this Order, by inserting, in relation to the Oxley County Council, beneath the

words “General Manager” the words “Assistant General Manager”.
