I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New

South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 58 of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Additional Employees and Employers) by inserting at the end of the list of names of positions of employees of the Hunter Water Corporation Limited the following names of positions of employees of that Corporation:

Manager, Corporate Planning and Regulation
Manager, Water Resources

Manager, Corporate Finance

EXPLANATORY NOTE

Section 58 of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989 empowers

the Governor to make an order amending Schedule 1 by inserting the name of the position of an employee. Such an employee can elect to become a member of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Fund. The object of this Order is to insert
the names of positions of certain executives of the Hunter Water Corporation
Limited.
