I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New
South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 58 of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Additional Employees and Employers), to take effect on and from 1 January 1992, by inserting before the matter relating to the Illawarra County Council in that Schedule the following matter:

EXPLANATORY NOTE
Section 58 of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989 empowers the Governor to make an order amending Schedule 1 by inserting the name of a person or body that is an employer and the name of the position of an employee. Such an employee can elect to become a member of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Fund. The object of this Order is to insert the Hunter Water Corporation Limited as an employer so that officers holding certain executive positions in the Corporation may elect to become members of the Fund. Section 58 (2) of the Act allows such an Order to have retrospective effect.
