I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 58 of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Additional Employees and Employers), to take effect on and from 10 February 1990, by inserting in that Schedule the following matter:

Member of the managerial	New South Wales Treasury
or technical staff of the	Corporation
New South Wales Treasury Corporation
