1 Name of Order
This Order is the Public Sector Employment and Management (Waste
Assets Management Corporation) Order 2011.
2 Commencement
(1) This Order is taken to have commenced on 3 April 2011 (except as provided by this clause) and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website. (2) Clause 5 is taken to have commenced on 4 April 2011. 3 Definitions
In this Order:
relevant Act means the Waste Recycling and Processing Corporation
(Authorised Transaction) Act 2010.
2010 Order means the Public Sector Employment and Management
(Waste Assets Management Corporation) Order 2010.
4 Construction of certain references to Treasurer
(1)
A reference to the Treasurer in any of the following provisions of the relevant Act is, despite the 2010 Order, to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Finance and Services:
(a) sections 7 (other than section 7 (5)) and 16 (2), (b) clause 3 (3) of Schedule 5, (c)
clause 5 (2) of Schedule 5 and Schedule 3 to the extent that it relates to that subclause.
(2)
A reference to the Treasurer in section 20 of the relevant Act is, despite the 2010 Order, to be construed as a reference to the Treasurer or the Minister for Finance and Services.

5 Construction of certain references to Secretary of the Treasury
The reference in section 20 of the relevant Act to the Secretary of the Treasury is, despite the 2010 Order, to be construed as a reference to the Secretary of the Treasury or the Director-General of the Department of Finance and Services.
