1 Name of Order
This Order is the Public Sector Employment and Management (Waste
Assets Management Corporation) Order 2010.
2 Commencement
This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Construction of references to General Manager of Waste Assets Management Corporation
(1) In any document, a reference to the General Manager of the Waste Assets Management Corporation is to be construed as a reference to the Chief Executive of the Waste Assets Management Corporation. (2) In this clause, document means any Act or statutory instrument, or any
other instrument, or any contract or agreement.4 Construction of certain references to Treasurer
(1)
A reference to the Treasurer in any of the following provisions of the Waste Recycling and Processing Corporation (Authorised Transaction) Act 2010 is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Lands:
(a) sections 7 (other than section 7 (5)) and 16 (2), (b) clause 3 (3) of Schedule 5, (c)
clause 5 (2) of Schedule 5 and Schedule 3 to the extent that it relates to that subclause.
(2) In section 20 of that Act:
(a) a reference to the Treasurer is to be construed as a reference to the Treasurer or the Minister for Lands, and (b) a reference to the Secretary of the Treasury is to be construed as a reference to the Secretary of the Treasury or the Chief Executive of the Land and Property Management Authority.
