THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Chapter 4 of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002, make the following Order.

Public Sector Employment and Management (Transfer of Branch) Order 2013

Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Public Sector Employment and Management (Transfer of Branch) Order 2013.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 1 July 2013 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Transfer of branch to Office of the Children’s Guardian

The Commission for Children and Young People Regulatory Support Group is removed from the Department of Education and Communities and added to the Office of the Children’s Guardian.
