1      Name of Order

This Order is the Public Sector Employment and Management (Service
NSW Division) Order 2013.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 18 March 2013 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Establishment of Service NSW Division

The Service NSW Division is established as a Division of the
Government Service responsible to the Premier.
