I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Chapter 4 of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002, make the following Order.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Public Sector Employment and Management

(NSW businesslink) Order 2003.

2 Commencement

This Order commences on 7 April 2003.

3      Transfer of branch from Department of Community Services

The Businesslink branch is removed from the Department of
Community Services and added to the Department of Housing.

4      Transfer of branch from Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care

The Businesslink branch is removed from the Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care and added to the Department of Housing.
