MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Chapter 4 of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002, make the following Order.

Arrangements) Order 2009

under the

Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Public Sector Employment and Management
(Ministerial Arrangements) Order 2009.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 4 December 2009 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Definition

In this Order:
document means any Act or statutory instrument, or any other
instrument, or any contract or agreement, including an instrument that
allocates the administration of Acts to Ministers.

4      Construction of references to Ministers

In any document, a reference to any Minister of a specified description (other than the Premier or Deputy Premier) is to be construed as a reference to either the Premier or the Deputy Premier.
