MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Chapter 4 of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002, make the following Order.

Public Sector Employment and Management (Minister for Lands) Order 2005

Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Public Sector Employment and Management (Minister for Lands) Order 2005.

2      Construction of certain references to Minister for Natural Resources

(1)	In any document, a reference to the Minister for Natural Resources is to be construed, if used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Lands, as a reference to the Minister for Lands.
(2)	In this clause: document means any Act or statutory instrument, or any other instrument, or any contract or agreement.
