Public Sector Employment and Management (Minister for Justice) Order 2009

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Public Sector Employment and Management (Minister for Justice) Order 2009.

2      Definition

In this Order:
document means any Act or statutory instrument, or any other
instrument, or any contract or agreement, including an instrument that
allocates the administration of Acts to Ministers.

3      Construction of references to Minister for Justice

In any document, a reference to the Minister for Justice is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Corrective Services.
