Ministerial Arrangements) Order 2011

under the

Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Public Sector Employment and Management (Interim
Ministerial Arrangements) Order 2011.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 28 March 2011 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Definition

In this Order:
document means any Act or statutory instrument, or any other
instrument, or any contract or agreement, including an instrument that
allocates the administration of Acts to Ministers.

4      Construction of references to Ministers

In any document, a reference to any Minister of a specified description (other than the Premier or Deputy Premier) is to be construed as a reference to either the Premier or the Deputy Premier.
