1      Name of Order

This Order is the Public Sector Employment and Management
(General) Amendment Order 2007.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 23 April 2007.

3 Amendment of Public Sector Employment and Management (General) Order 2007

The Public Sector Employment and Management (General) Order 2007 is amended by omitting clause 17 (4) (c).
