1      Name of Order

This Order is the Public Sector Employment and Management (Game
Council Division) Order 2013.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the
NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002 No 43

Schedule 1 Divisions of the Government Service

Omit the matter relating to the Game Council Division from Part 3.

Insert instead:

Game Council Division Director-General of the Department of Trade and Investment, Regional Infrastructure and Services
