MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Chapter 4 of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002, make the following Order.

Public Sector Employment and Management (Fire and

Rescue NSW) Order 2010

under the

Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Public Sector Employment and Management (Fire and
Rescue NSW) Order 2010.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Change of name of NSW Fire Brigades to Fire and Rescue NSW

(1)	The name of New South Wales Fire Brigades is changed to Fire and Rescue NSW.
(2)	A reference in any Act or statutory instrument, or any other instrument, or in any contract or agreement to New South Wales Fire Brigades (or to NSW Fire Brigades) is to be construed as a reference to Fire and Rescue NSW.

4 Amendment of Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002 No 43

Schedule 1 Divisions of the Government Service

Omit the matter relating to New South Wales Fire Brigades from

Division 2 of Part 1.

Insert instead:

Fire and Rescue NSW Commissioner of Fire and Rescue
NSW
