I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Chapter 4 of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002, make the following Order.

1 Name of Order
This Order is the Public Sector Employment and Management
(Festival Development Corporation) Order 2004.
2 Transfer of branch
The group of staff in the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Natural Resources who are attached to the Festival Development Corporation are removed from that Department and added to the Department of Commerce.
3 Construction of certain references
(1)
A reference in the Growth Centres (Development Corporations) Act 1974 to the Department of Urban Affairs and Planning (required by previous Orders to be construed as a reference to the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Natural Resources) is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Commerce if the reference is used in relation to the Festival Development Corporation.

A reference in any other Act, or in any statutory instrument or other instrument, or in any contract or agreement, to the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Natural Resources is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Commerce if the reference is used in relation to the Festival Development Corporation.
