1      Name of Order

This Order is the Public Sector Employment and Management (Community Relations
Commission and Other Matters) Order 2013.

2      Commencement

(1)	This Order commences on 18 January 2014 (except as provided by this clause) and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
(2)	Clause 4 is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2012.
(3)	Clause 5 is taken to have commenced on 2 August 2013.

Schedule 1 Divisions of the Government Service

Omit the matter relating to the Office of the Community Relations Commission in

Division 2 of Part 1.

Insert instead:

4 Construction of reference in Fire Brigades Act 1989 to Director-General of Department of Premier and Cabinet

The reference in section 68 of the Fire Brigades Act 1989 to the Director-General of the Department of Premier and Cabinet is to be construed:

(a)	on and from 1 July 2012 until 11 September 2012—as a reference to the Director-General of the Department of Finance and Services, and
(b)	on and from 12 September 2012—as a reference to the Secretary of the Treasury.

5 Construction of reference in Housing Act 2001 relating to annual report

The reference in section 17 (Annual report) of the Housing Act 2001 to the Department (within the meaning of that Act), required by clause 5 of the Public Sector Employment and Management (Mental Health Commission and Other Matters) Order 2012 to be construed as a reference to the Department of Finance and Services, is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Family and Community Services.
