1, This Act may be cited as The Public Salarics Act, 1894." Shorttitle.

Interpretation. 3. The expression " public salary" used in this Act includes all salaries, wages, and allowances (except travelling allowances and allowances for servants) payable out of revenue or loan or any public funds to any person, except the officers mentioned in the Schedule hereto.
