ment assembled, as follows:

1, This Act may be cited as "The Public Salaries Act, 1893." Short title.

2, For the period of the financial year ending the thirticth day Reductions.

salary shall be increased to a rate exceeding One IIundred and Fifty Pounds per annum, and every public salary exceeding the rate

schedule hereto. 4, When

(a) Five Pounds for every Onc Hllndrrd Pounds over One

Hundred and Fifty Pounds and not exceeding Three

Hundred Pounds:

( b ) Seven Pounds Ten Shillings for every Onc, Hundred Pounds

over Thwe Hundred Pounds and not excccding Six

Hundred Pounds:

(c) Twelve Pounds Ten Shillings for every Onc Eundred Pounds

over Six Hundred Pounds.

3, The expression " public salary" used in this Act includes Interpretation.
