Public Records (Queensland Rail Train Crewing Practices Commission of Inquiry) Amendment Regulation 2017 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Public Records (Queensland Rail Train Crewing Practices Commission of Inquiry) Amendment Regulation 2017.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Public Records Regulation 2014.

3   Amendment of s 3 (Responsible public authority—Act, s 15)

Section 3(3), from ‘of the commission’—
omit, insert—

of each of the following public authorities that has ceased to exist—

(a)the commission established under the Commissions of Inquiry Order (No. 3) 2015;

(b)the commission established under the Commissions of Inquiry Order (No. 2) 2016.

1The commission of inquiry mentioned in paragraph (a) is known as the Grantham Floods Commission of Inquiry.

2The commission of inquiry mentioned in paragraph (b) is known as the Queensland Rail Train Crewing Practices Commission of Inquiry.
