Public Records (LGAQ) Amendment Regulation 2016 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Public Records (LGAQ) Amendment Regulation 2016 .

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Public Records Regulation 2014 .

3   Amendment of s 3 (Responsible public authority—Act, s 15)

Section 3—
insert—

(6)For section 15(d) of the Act, the department in which the Local Government Act 2009 is administered is prescribed as the responsible public authority for a public record of the Local Government Association of Queensland (Incorporated), established under the repealed Local Government Act 1993 , that has ceased to exist.

4   Amendment of sch 1 (Relevant public authorities)
