Public Records Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2015 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Records Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2015 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Records Regulation 2014. 3 Amendment of s 3 (Responsible public authority—Act, s 15) (1) Section 3(1)— insert — (e) the commission established under the Commissions of Inquiry Order (No. 1) 2015 . (2) Section 3(1), editor’s notes— insert — 5 The commission of inquiry mentioned in paragraph (e) is known as the Queensland Organised Crime Commission of Inquiry. (3) Section 3— insert — (3) For section 15(d) of the Act, the department in which the Constitution of Queensland 2001 is administered is prescribed as the responsible public authority for a public record of the commission established under the Commissions of Inquiry Order (No. 3) 2015 that has ceased to exist.
