Public Records Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Records Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2013 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Records Regulation 2004. 3 Insertion of new s 6 After section 5— insert — 6 Responsible public authority for public records of Queensland Health Payroll System Commission of Inquiry (1) This section applies if the commission established under the Commissions of Inquiry Order (No. 2) 2012 (the Queensland Health Payroll System Commission of Inquiry ) ceases to exist.
