Public Records Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2015 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Records Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2015 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Records Regulation 2014 . 3 Amendment s 3 (Responsible public authority—Act, s 15) Section 3— insert— (2) For section 15(d) of the Act, the department in which the RacingAct2002 is administered is prescribed as the responsible public authority for a public record of the commission established under the Commissions of Inquiry Order (No. 2) 2015 .
