Public Records Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Records Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Records Regulation 2004 . 3 Insertion of new s 4 After section 3— insert— ‘4 Responsible public authority for public records of Queensland Floods Inquiry ‘(1) This section applies if the commission established under the Commissions of Inquiry Order (No. 1) 2011 (the Queensland Floods Inquiry ) ceases to exist. ‘(2) For section 15(d) of the Act, the department in which the CommissionsofInquiryAct1950 is administered is the responsible public authority for a public record of the Queensland Floods Inquiry.’. 4 Amendment of schedule (Relevant public authorities) Schedule— insert— ‘The commission established under the Commissions of Inquiry Order (No. 1) 2011 The department in which the Commissions ofInquiry Act 1950 is administered’.
