s1 2 s4 Public Records Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 No. 223, 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Records Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Records Regulation 2004. 3 Insertion of new s 3 After section 2— insert— ‘3 Records of public authority that has ceased to exist ‘(1) This section applies to the records of the commission established under the Commissions of Inquiry Order (No. 1) 2005. ‘(2) To the extent that the records have not, under section 8(3)(a) of the Act, been given to the commission established under the Commissions of Inquiry Order (No. 2) 2005 , the records are to be dealt with under section 8(3)(b) of the Act.’. 4 Amendment of schedule (Relevant public authorities) Schedule— insert— ‘The commission established The commission established under the under the Commissions of Inquiry Commissions of Inquiry Order (No. 2) Order (No. 1) 2005 2005 ’.
