AN ACT

to repeal the Public Order and Anti-Social Conduct Act 2001

[Assented to 16 July 2002]

[Second reading 15 May 2002]

The Legislative Assembly of the Northern Territory enacts as follows:

1. Short title

   This Act may be cited as the Public Order and Anti-Social Conduct Act Repeal Act 2002.

2. Commencement

   This Act comes into operation on the date fixed by the Administrator by notice in the Gazette.

3. Repeal

   The Public Order and Anti-Social Conduct Act 2001 (Act No. 22 of 2001) is repealed.

4. Expiry

   This Act expires on the day after the day on which it commences.
