An Act to repeal certain portions of The Public Officers

Act, 1879' (43 Vic., No. 1).

[Assented to 6th August, 1880.

HEREAS it is expedient to repeal certain portions of an Act

of Council, 43rd Victoria, No. 1 : Be it enacted by His

Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies,

by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof,

as follows :—

1. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd sections of the Act of Council passed in Repeal of 43 Vie.,

the 43rd year of Her Majesty's reign, No. 1, intituled An Act to

regulate the appointment of certain Public Officers,' shall be and the

same are hereby repealed.
