The NSW Legal Profession Admission Board has made the following rule under the Public
Notaries Act 1997 (NSW).

1           Name of Rule

This Rule is the Public Notaries Appointment Amendment (Fees) Rule 2017.

2           Commencement

This Rule commences on 1 July 2017 and is required to be published in the NSW
Government Gazette.
