Public Notaries Appointment Rules

By decision of the Legal Practitioners Admission Board, the following amendments are made to the Public Notaries Appointment Rules:

• Amend rule 10 to read:
“A Public Notary shall notify the Registrar in form 5 of any change of
address, firm or other particulars within one month of such change.”

• Add Form 5 as attached.
