■TTTnEUEAS it is expedient to authorize the Giovemment to borrow Proambic.
| VV | certain sums amounting in the whole to One hundred and |
thirteen thousand five hundred and thirty-five pounds for the several Public Works hereinafter specified Be it therefore enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembh'd and by the authority of the same as follows:—
1. It shall be lawful for the (Tovernor with the advice of the Loan of £11,1,535 for
| Executive Council to raise by tlic sale of Debentures secured upon the | Works. |
| Consolidated llcvenue Eund of the Colony and bearing interest at a rate not exceeding five per eentum per annum such several sums of money not exceeding in the whole the sum of One hundred and thirteen thousand five hundred and thirty-five pounds as may be required for the following several purposes not exceeding for the same respectively the following several sums that is to say— |
