Public Interest Disclosures Amendment Regulations 2008

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2002 .26 May 2008

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Public Interest Disclosures Amendment Regulations 2008 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 1 July 2008. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Public Interest Disclosures Regulations 2003 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 10 amended (Prescribed offices for purpose of section 41 of Act) Regulation 10(b) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "Director of Environmental Management" and substituting "Director, Environment Protection Authority".
