HEREAS an Ordinance was passed in the 20th year of the consolidating and amending the laws relating to the licensing ofWreign of Her present Majesty, entitled " An Ordinance for Public Houses, and for further regulating the sale and consumption

I. THAT the 10th section of the, said recited Ordinance shall
