PUBLIC HOSPITALS ACT 1929—ORDER

(Relating to Tresillian Family Care Centres)

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State
of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in
pursuance of section 4 (4) of the Public Hospitals Act 1929, do, by this my Order, amend the Third Schedule to that Act by omitting the matter relating to the Royal Society for the Welfare of Mothers and Babies and by inserting instead in alphabetical order the following matter:

Tresillian Family Care Centres at Penrith, Petersham, Willoughby and Wollstonecraft conducted by the Royal Society for the Welfare of Mothers and Babies.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Order is to update references to the institutions known as Tresillian Family Care Centres (which are conducted by the Royal Society for the Welfare of Mothers and Babies) and to include in the Third Schedule to the Public Hospitals Act 1929 the Tresillian Family Care Centre at Penrith.
