PUBLIC HOSPITALS ACT 1929—ORDER

(Relating to the Tweed Valley Health Service)

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 4 (2) of the Public Hospitals Act 1929, do, by this my Order, amend the Second Schedule to that Act by omitting from the First Column to that Schedule the name “Tweed Health Service” and by inserting instead the name “Tweed Valley Health Service”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The purpose of this Order is to give effect to the change of the corporate name of an incorporated hospital listed in the Second Schedule to the Public Hospitals Act 1929

from the Tweed Health Service to the Tweed Valley Health Service.
