I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 4 (4) of the Public Hospitals Act 1929, do, by this my Order, amend the Third Schedule to that Act with effect on 11 April 1994 by omitting the name of the North Sydney Community Hospital.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The North Sydney Community Hospital is being decommissioned as a public hospital. The purpose of this Order is to omit that hospital from the list of “separate institutions” in the Third Schedule to the Public Hospitals Act 1929.
This Order is made under section 4 (4) of that Act.
