(Relating to the Mercy Hospital, AIbury)

By deputation from His Excellency the Governor.

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 4 (4) of the Public Hospitals Act 1929, do, by this my Order, amend the Third Schedule to that Act by omitting the name “Mercy Hospital, AIbury, conducted by the Sisters of Mercy.” and by inserting instead the name “Mercy Hospital, Albury.”

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The purpose of this Order is to remove the reference to the Sisters of Mercy

subsequent on the incorporation of the Mercy Hospital, AIbury.
