I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 4 (2) of the Public Hospitals Act 1929, do, by this my Order, with effect on 25th June, 1993, amend the Second Schedule to that Act by omitting from the First Column the name “The Coff’s Harbour and District Hospital” and by inserting instead the name “Coffs Harbour Base Hospital”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The Second Schedule to the Public Hospitals Act 1929 contains a list of the names of incorporated hospitals. The object of this Order is to amend that Schedule to give effect to the change of name of the Coff’s Harbour and District Hospital (its new name being “Coffs Harbour Base Hospital”).
