(Relating to St. Margaret’s Hospital)

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 4 (4) of the Public Hospitals Act 1929, do, by this my Order, with effect on 1 July 1993, amend the Third Schedule to that Act by omitting the name “St. Margaret’s Hospital.”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The Third Schedule to the Public Hospitals Act 1929 contains a list of the names

of various hospitals that are called “separate institutions” for the purposes of the

Act. The object of this Order is to amend that Schedule to omit the name “St. Margaret’s Hospital” as a consequence of the decommissioning of that hospital as a public hospital.
