Public Hospitals Act 1929—Order

G SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 4 (4) of the Public Hospitals Act 1929, do, by this my Order, amend the Third Schedule to that Act:

(a)	by omitting the words “The Australian Red Cross Society in respect of the Bodington Red Cross Hospital, Wentworth Falls.”, and
(b)	by inserting in alphabetical order “Bodington, Wentworth Falls, conducted by Catholic Health Care Services Limited.”.
