PUBLIC HOSPITALS ACT 1929—ORDER

(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels, AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 4 (4) of the Public Hospitals Act 1929, do, by this my Order, amend the Third Schedule to that Act by omitting the name “The Karitane Mothercraft Society” and by inserting instead the name “Karitane”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Order is to update one of the entries in the schedule of separate

institutions in the Public Hospitals Act 1929.

This Order is made under section 4 (4) of that Act.
