PUBLIC HOSPITALS ACT 1929—ORDER

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 4 (2) of the Public Hospitals Act 1929, do, by this my Order, amend, with effect on 1 July 1992, the Second Schedule to that Act:

(a) by omitting the following matter:

The Batlow District Hospital. Batlow.

The Tumbarumba District Hospital. Tumbarumba District. Tumut District Health Service. The Adelong Hospital.

The Tumut and
District Hospital.

(b) by inserting in the First and Second Columns, in alphabetical

order, the following matter:

South West Slopes Health Service. The Batlow District

Hospital.

The Tumbarumba
District Hospital.
Tumut District Health

Service.
