PUBLIC HOSPITALS ACT 1929—ORDER

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 4 (2) of the Public Hospitals Act 1929, do, by this my Order, amend, with effect on 1 July 1992, the Second Schedule to that Act:

(a) by omitting the following matter:
The Lockhart and District Hospital. Lockart and

District.

The Wagga Wagga Base Hospital. Wagga Wagga Base.
(b) by inserting in the First and Second Columns, in alphabetical

order, the following matter:

Wagga Wagga Base Hospital and The Lockhart and

District Health Service. District Hospital.

The Wagga Wagga

Base Hospital.
