PUBLIC HOSPITALS ACT 1929—ORDER

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 4 (2) of the Public Hospitals Act 1929, do, by this my Order, amend the Second Schedule to that Act, with effect on and from 1 July 1992:
| (a) | by omitting from the First Column the name “The Gloucester Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital.” and by inserting instead the name “Gloucester-Karuah Valley Health Service.”; |
| (b) | by omitting from the First Column the name “The Wee Waa District Hospital.” and by inserting instead the name “Wee Waa District Health Service.”. |
