PUBLIC HOSPITALS ACT 1929—ORDER

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 4 (2) of the Public Hospitals Act 1929, do, by this my Order, amend the Second Schedule to that Act, with effect on and from 1 July 1992:

(a)

by omitting from the First Column the name “The Gloucester Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital.” and by inserting instead the name “Gloucester-Karuah Valley Health Service.”;

(b)

by omitting from the First Column the name “The Wee Waa District Hospital.” and by inserting instead the name “Wee Waa District Health Service.”.
