PUBLIC HOSPITALS ACT 1929—ORDER

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 4 (4) of the Public Hospitals Act 1929, do, by this my Order, amend the Third Schedule to that Act:

(a) by inserting in alphabetical order the words “St. Joseph’s Home,
Sandgate. ”; and
(b) by omitting the words “The Trustees of the Roman Catholic Church for the Diocese of Maitland in respect of the St. Joseph’s Convalescent Home and Home for Aged and Infirm People,

Hexham.”.
