PUBLIC HOSPITALS ACT 1929—ORDER

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance
of section 4 (4) of the Public Hospitals Act 1929, do, by this my Order,
amend the Third Schedule to that Act by omitting the words “The Carrington Centennial Hospital for Convalescents.” and by inserting instead the following words:
Carrington Centennial Nursing Home, conducted by the Trustees of the
Carrington Centennial Hospital for Convalescents and Incurables.
