PUBLIC HOSPITALS ACT 1929 - ORDER

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 4 (4) of the Public Hospitals Act 1929, do, by this my Order, amend the Third Schedule to that Act by omitting the words "The St. Vincent’s Hospital (including The Hospice), Lismore." and by inserting instead, in alphabetical order, the following words:

St. Vincent’s Hospital (Lismore) in respect of the St. Joseph’s

Nursing Home, the day hospital, the rehabilitation unit and the community health facilities.
