PUBLIC HOSPITALS ACT 1929 - ORDER
NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 13A (2) and 4 (2) of the Public Hospitals Act 1929, with effect on 2 March 1990:
| (a) | in accordance with the recommendation of the Minister for Health, close The Yeoval Hospital; and |
| (b) | amend the Second Schedule to that Act by omitting the following matter: |
The Yeoval Hospital.
Yeoval Centre of the New South Wales Bush Nursing Association Incorporated.
