I, the Minister for Industrial Relations, in pursuance of section 5 (1) of the Public Holidays Act

2010, make the following Order.

Explanatory note

The object of this Order is to declare 10 February 2017, from 12 pm to 6 pm, as a part-day public holiday for the Walcha Council area.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Public Holidays Amendment (Walcha Council) Order 2016.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Public Holidays Order 2011

Clause 4 Public holidays for a specified part of the State

Omit “5 February 2016” from Column 2 in the matter relating to Walcha Council area.

Insert instead “10 February 2017”.
